Please complete the request form at least one week before you go away, as the

Bicycle Registration is always available and is highly recommended in
case of theft or when your child misplaces his or her bicycle.
Please call the police department in advance to ensure that an officer is available
to meet with you.
The New Castle Police Department will provide assistance when you accidentally
lock yourself out of the car. You will be required to sign a waiver form
that releases the police department from all liability. If you have power
windows and locks, the responding officer may decline to unlock your car due to the
higher risk of damage being done. In that case the officer will at your request,
make arrangements for you to call a Towing Company and/or Local Locksmith for you.
We can not recommend any particular company to use, but will give you
numbers to area merchants.
