The images showcased on our home page were taken by Jim Cerny, an enthusiastic photographer of New Castle and Seacoast scenes and people.  Jim is one of the citizen-journalists who produce the online magazine Rye Reflections for which he writes a monthly column called "New Castle Saltines".
