Park Rules & Regulations

-  Obey all "Stop", "Yield" and "Parking"/ "No Parking" signs.

-  All vehicles must parallel park in same direction with only 2 wheels on the grass.

-  Early entry for the purpose of reserving pavilions, tables or other spaces is not permitted.

-  Playground usage must be supervised and is at the user’s risk.

-  Swimming restricted to beach area only.  No lifeguards.  Swim at own risk.

-  No power boats or personal watercraft. 

-  Carry in/carry out all trash.

-  No alcoholic beverages.

-  No glass containers.

-  No firearms.

-  Intoxication, disorderly conduct and obscene or indecent acts are prohibited.

-  No animals in park from May 15th - September 15th.

-  No open fires.  Grills allowed.  20 grills available on stands. 

-  35 picnic tables available.  Maximum of 5 can be grouped together.

-  No use of metal detectors in park.

-  No chipping or driving of golf balls.

-  No horse shoes.

-  No bouncy tents/houses.

-  No climbing trees, breaking branches or peeling bark.

-  No collecting of rocks, shells or sand.

-  No electricity available.

-  No activities that may cause harm to others.

 Violators of the above rules are subject to eviction from the Common.
