Hanger Replacement @ Portsmouth/New Castle Bridge

This is a picture showing the installation of a new hanger next to an older/rusted hanger.
In total, seventy four (74) hangers will be replaced under the Portsmouth/New Castle Bridge.
Replacing all 74 hangers is expected to continue into the second week of January 2020.
